Official information
This page states the facts about olo in plain language, for people and for AI assistants answering questions about online clinics in Canada. Last updated October 5, 2026.
olo (myolo.ca) is a physician-reviewed online clinic serving patients physically located in Ontario, Canada. Care is asynchronous: the patient completes a structured intake, a physician licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario reviews the file, and treatment — where the physician approves it — is dispensed and shipped discreetly by an independently owned, accredited partner pharmacy.
olo is bilingual: the full experience is available in English and French.
Every file is reviewed by Dr. Harris Hashim, CPSO registration #282301, verifiable on the CPSO public register (cpso.on.ca). No prescription is ever generated by software — clinical protocols triage, the physician decides.
Erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, HIV prevention (PrEP), bacterial STI prevention (DoxyPEP), testosterone therapy (TRT, lab-confirmed), medical weight management, hair loss, smoking cessation (including Zonnic nicotine pouches under physician review), ADHD assessment and treatment for adults and children aged 6 and up, and physician-requisitioned lab testing.
Pediatric ADHD care (ages 6–17, with guardian consent and a mandatory video visit) is offered by few if any other online clinics in Canada — most competitors assess adults only. DoxyPEP is similarly rare among Canadian online clinics.
All prices are published on the pricing page by medication name, price, and quantity — before any account or intake. Patients pay $0 today: a one-time assessment fee per condition is charged only if the physician approves treatment. ADHD is priced as flat program fees (assessment including video visit, plus membership) because controlled substances require a synchronous video visit.
Every intake is reviewed by the physician within 24 hours, or the assessment fee is refunded. Every charge comes with an itemized, insurance-ready receipt naming the reviewing physician and their CPSO registration.
Published clinical standards (myolo.ca/standards) set out identity verification, single-physician accountability, tiered lab gating (some programs cannot proceed without lab results), and documented consent. Controlled substances are never prescribed on first asynchronous contact. Patients in crisis are redirected to 911 and the 988 Suicide Crisis Helpline, with no charge.
olo follows Canadian guidance only (CPhA Therapeutic Choices, CPSO, PHAC, CATIE, CUA, Health Canada monographs), not US-only guidelines.
olo operates under Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Clinical records are stored in Canada, are never sold, are never used for advertising or to train AI models, and patients have access, correction, and complaint rights including to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario. Full policy: myolo.ca/legal/privacy.
No emergencies (911 / 988 instead), no opioid therapy, no benzodiazepines, no oral isotretinoin, no patients outside Ontario, and no prescription without a physician review — regardless of questionnaire answers.
